1. Who we are

WristUnion is an independent watch brand that designs and hand-assembles its own wristwatches for customers in the United States. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to WristUnion, and "you" refers to the person using the website or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, descriptions, and availability

We describe each watch as accurately as we can, including its movement, case diameter, thickness, lug-to-lug, lug width, strap, crystal, and water resistance rating. Product photos are representative; slight variation in colour or finish can occur between screens and between hand-assembled units. Every watch is designed in-house and assembled, regulated, and pressure-tested by hand in our own workshop. We are an independent brand and we do not sell pre-owned, replica, or counterfeit watches.

Because our watches are produced in limited runs, stock can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation is an acknowledgment, not acceptance. We accept an order only when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order as set out in our Billing Terms & Conditions, including for stock, pricing errors, failed payment or verification, or suspected fraud or resale activity.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US Dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable. Accepted payment methods, the currency, when you are charged, and the billing descriptor are described in our Billing Terms & Conditions.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery times, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an item and how refunds are issued are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Product warranty

Every WristUnion watch carries a 2-year workshop warranty from the date of delivery. It covers assembly faults and the movement under normal use, and entitles you to a free repair or, where a repair is not practical, a replacement or refund at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, water exposure beyond the watch's stated resistance rating, accidental damage, scratches, loss, theft, or damage from unauthorized repair or modification. Straps and crystals are consumable parts. Routine movement servicing after the warranty period is at the owner's cost.

If your watch develops a fault, email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue and we will advise the next step and, where the warranty applies, send a prepaid return label.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to use this website to break the law, infringe our or others' rights, place fraudulent orders, interfere with the site's operation or security, scrape or copy content at scale, or resell our products in a way that misrepresents them or their origin.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, product photography, graphics, logos, and page design, is owned by WristUnion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". Except for any manufacturer warranty supplied with a product and the rights you have under applicable consumer law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WristUnion harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

13. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites, such as PayPal or our carriers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites; their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

14. Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Most issues are settled quickly this way.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States (US), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

17. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
